There is never a dull moment, that is for sure! Here is just a little look into the past few months. May was the rainiest month in history here in Texas. Then June was all about an unexpected home renovation that had us out of our house for 6 weeks. Those same two months also happened to be my busiest two months of client weddings. But in between it all we still managed to smile, have lots of laughs and spent wonderful time with family. It is so nice to be settled back in at our house, and enjoying the last bit of summer. Now if only some of that great midwestern weather would make it’s way down to Texas 😉
I am so happy to finally share the style guide magazine feature that I designed and styled for the most current issue of Brides of North Texas. I shared the magazine layout above, and below are some of my favorite additional photos from the shoot.
I had so much fun designing this “Lavender Love” feature for the magazine! The inspiration behind this shoot was romantic, garden, vintage chic, with hints of glam. Marie Gabrille was the perfect venue for the shoot!A huge thank you to Brides of North Texas magazine for selecting my design to feature in the newest issue!
I recently shared a sneak peek of my editorial feature in the newest issue of Brides of North Texas magazine. If you missed the post you can see it here. Today I want to share the inspiration board behind the design.
It all started with a color palette of lavender, fuschia and subtle hints of Tiffany blue. With the launch of the new spring/summer issue recently hitting news stands, I wanted to highlight pretty spring colors, textures and blooms.
I can’t wait to show you all the feature next week!
Today I am excited to share a sneak peek of my most recent editorial feature in Brides of North Texas magazine! The spring/summer issue is just now hitting news stands, and I’m thrilled to have another Style Guide in the newest issue. Much of the inspiration behind this editorial comes from the colors and textures of the spring season…my very favorite season. I wanted to incorporate bridal accessories and jewelry into the feature, which had not yet been done in a Style Guide editorial for the magazine.
I can’t wait to show you the feature and all of the details (stay tuned)!
