Happy Friday friends!! Woohoo!! This has been the longest short week ever, hasn’t it!? After such a fun Memorial Day weekend, we were just not quite ready to get back into the swing of school and work on Tuesday and decided as a family to play hooky. Charlie stayed home from school and we made a pool day out of it! Charlie is finishing Pre-K, and I think he (and Jordan and I) have a case of “Senioritis”, so extending our Memorial Day weekend by an extra day was good for us.

Today’s outfit is all about this fab navy one shoulder top from Nordstrom that is $35! I loved it the minute that I saw it, not only because of the price (can’t really beat $35), but also because of the stripes, the one shoulder , the fit and of course the ruffles. It also comes in solid white but I love a good stripe. For this look I paired it with one of my go-t0 distressed jeans from Current/Elliott. I love the ankle length of these jeans and the wash.

I wanted the look to be wearable for both day and night so I went with these Vince mules that I’ve had for a few years. These 1.State mules are very similar and are on sale! I opted for a feminine clutch in a neutral color to play up the feminine ruffles but to keep the navy color the focal point. I love this YSL monogram clutch so much. It is SO gorgeous in person, it’s large enough to hold all of my belongings and the blush-y nude color literally goes with everything.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend! We are busy with t-ball tomorrow during the day. And I’m looking forward to date night tomorrow night!

Thanks so much for stopping by and reading!

Xo, Deanie
